Why We Go
At this time in our Earth's history, we have a sense that
as we invite a deeper connection with the wild nature
of Earth, it informs our life in new ways. We become
more aware of our unique purpose and the impact--to
own our originality and our human power.
In this unfolding process, we discover a wellspring of
love, hope and strength and re-discover the power
and joy in living life with love and respect in concert
with nature.
At this time in our Earth's history, we have a sense that

More About What We Do
Together we journey, keenly observing & experiencing through our inherent naturalist's eye
stars, clouds, history, myth, our place, our heart, the life around us.
Alone and together we explore, walk, hike, nap, sit in circle, and sit solo. We journal, share
sacred stories and sacred silence.
We travel and meet the ones who reside in the forests, the mountains, and along the seascapes.
The 4-leggeds: deer, antelope, horse, coyote, cougar; the winged ones: hawk, eagle, magpie,
jay, wren, vulture, gull, plover, crane, heron, quail; the water-dwellers: whale, seal, otter,
beaver, muskrat, salmon, trout, frog; the unique: snake, snail, spider. We join them in their
territory in deep curiosity and reverence.
We learn the lichens, grasses, trees. We read the sky, sit upon the dirt and break bread
together, sharing wholeheartedly and for a time, fall into love, care and generosity.
We build our strength for the return to our communities and these times.

Who are Excursion participants?
Women and men who join NatureConnect Excursions
have a deep love of Earth and all Earth's life forms.
Each one who comes takes time to true herself or himself
again to what matters most. Many recall their
commitment to a conscious, renewing , earth-based ,
earth-honoring life.
All give time and attention to the Earth and the sacred
life upon it as it teaches them how to live more
instinctively and honestly in our time.
We each offer our unique gifts as together we travel into
new landscapes, outer and inner, and co-create our time
together.
Women and men who join NatureConnect Excursions
have a deep love of Earth and all Earth's life forms.
